Altenew is a favorite stamp company of mine! I love coffee, so when they released these new stamp sets .... I had (yes, had) to have them! I will be creating cards with these lovelies soon. Remember, you can't buy happiness but you can buy COFFEE!
Have a great day!
Nothing excites my students more than when I pull out the glitter and sequins. I think it rivals painting in my classroom. Who could blame them??? There is something so magical about those shiny bits of color. I know some of you may shy away from these beauties, because they do make a bit of a mess, but the smiles they bring are so sweet. It makes me almost as happy as the kids when we use this stuff! Glitter makes me giddy too! So of course, I keep glitter and sequins at the ready in my classroom! Here's a peek at some of my most recent favorites. Remember....a little goes a long way, so it's an affordable detail that can take a project from great to WOW!

One of my favorite artists is the very talent Alisa Burke. You can visit her blog here. You can take her classes, purchase her artwork and her pottery. I have a wonderful little collection of her beautiful clay pieces. (Yes...I love pottery!) This fun feather bowl is my latest addition! I use them in my craft room to hold all sorts of small items. They provide a function plus they are a great decorative item.
Have a crafty day!
If you are looking for a fun, fuzzy friend to hold your phone...look no further! This is my favorite phone accessory, EVER! Not only does it add an extra layer of protection, it is super adorable! The added bonus is that you can get a case for your other electronic devices too! You can find this artist's creative work on Etsy.
Another favorite coloring tool and a "must-have" for coloring card images are Copic markers. These markers come in several different styles. I prefer the Sketch version because of their brush and chisel tips. These are excellent for color blending and hand lettering techniques. There are so many colors available and you can collect them one at a time.
I love, love, love these markers!!!!! They are awesome for controlled watercolor techniques and coloring images. These come in a variety of sizes ranging from a collection of 12 markers up to a total of 80 markers. Insider tip: Just buy the 80 set - you won't regret it!
Here is a blank Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers color chart for you to keep track of the colors you have picked up and use as reference when creating! It is formatted to be printed on 8.5" x 11" paper and works best when printed on watercolor paper. Enjoy!
